I am very disappointed with this location. I brought my mom in for an MRI, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. First, they told us one of her MRIs wasn’t approved and they needed to call her doctor. I had a feeling something like that would happen , so I arrived early at 2:20 PM for her 3:00 PM appointment. They did not call my mom in until 4:40 pm. Many people who came after us were called and finished before her. I have been to other locations and never had this issue. This was the most disgusting facility I have ever been in in my life. The bathroom was absolutely filthy toilet paper, human feces and urine all over the floor there was an actual piece of poop on the floor. How do they not maintain cleanliness in a medical facility where the potential of blood is being drawn. It was absolutely disgusting. I felt even filthier leaving. Choose another location. The entire staff was attentive and caring...especially Melissa & Isabella. Keep up the great work, and hopefully I won't have to come back ;)
This place is terrible, waited over 2 hours. We arrived early to get all paper done and patiently waited. After 2 hours of waiting I asked a receptionist there to find out why we're still not seen and my mom drank the contrast over 30 minutes ago. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Go to other locations and stay away from here.
