first time getting an x ray, staff was super personable, was a very quick and easy process :) not sure if it was just lucky, but i was able to get an appointment within the hour of calling too which is crazy
Dirtiest clinic I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited jails cleaner than this place. Do not recommend at all whatsoever.
Horrible Service and staff members
I had a great experience at Akumin. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They made the check-in process easy and were happy to answer my questions. It’s always appreciated when you’re greeted with kindness and professionalism. Thank you to the entire front desk team for making my visit a pleasant one!
Signed in for my appointment directly infront of 2 receptionist. They both were talking so I sat and waited to be called. After 5 mins one of them was just scrolling on her phone. I had all my necessary docs in hand waiting so I decided to walk up to the desk again. She said nothing to me, just took the docs. Were they planning on just looking at me sit there waiting patiently with my documents? Horrible establishment and I will let my referring clinician now this is not an appropriate place to send patients
