Yesterday January 5 I went there for Ctscan and after for RX for my pelvis so I have to wait outside, so after 1 HOYR NOBODY CALLME i went to the woman take my papers and ask what happens and she answer " we don't get the prescription for your Rx!!! So i call my dr.and tell me YES WE SENDED ALREADY!!!! and the woman in the desk told me I DON'T GET IT!!!!! etc.etc.etc.and i left after 1.15 hs waiting there,and the employees don't tell me nothing!! I have to comeback TODAY AGAIN FOR RX .......

They get no stars but had to give one This is the worst service ever. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for my 8:40 appointment though I wasn’t checked in til nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Only to continue to wait for additional 20 minutes to be called for treatment. They give new meaning to term ‘waiting room.’ Can’t they get their act together?!
My appointment for MRI was at 1pm. Had to wait an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time. The technician was very good. It took six days to get my results on their patient portal.
Lynn was great. When there was an issue with the authorization from my insurance company, she was the one who connected the dots and got everything handled so I could be taken care of!
