This qas the worst experience. I have never had to wait over an hour to get an xray that took 5 minutes. I had an appointment and was early. Please train your front desk staff to take care of their customers properly.

Muy mala atención seguido a esto no hay buena comunicación, con el hispano. Tenía una cita a las 9:35 am me llegue 9:40 me dicen que debo esperar una hora la espero tranquila.... pasa media hora de mas me acerco y todavía me.dicen que debo esperar media hora mas ... para terminar diciendo que me atienden a las 4:00 pm de la tarde Perdí mi dia completo.... muy mala comunicación con las secretaria.... muy mala .. .
TLDR if you can go to Rayus instead, I would. This Akumin is currently under major construction. I was not warned when I booked my apt. The tech did not instruct me when to hold my breath, resulting in blurry images. I had to retest. This could have been avoided if the tech had 1 told me to hold my breath and 2 reviewed the images before sending me home. They waited a week to let me know and told me I had to come in the same day they called me or the open machine would be unavailable due to construction. I had called and ema... read more
