Great management and bosses
Water has a tendency to shut off a lot without warning or explanation. Having an extra fee when paying over the phone instead of just normal utility prices, so its higher. The regulations are silly, especially when nosy neighbors just report you to be petty. Good for the time being when tight on cash but just live in an actual house if you can honestly.
Nice place if you want to live in a mobile home.
