I am actively working towards improving my smile, but the dentist's rude comments were disheartening. Instead of offering constructive feedback, she harshly questioned my dental hygiene and seemed dismissive when I sought guidance on possible treatments. I left the appointment feeling worse than when I arrived, which was not the outcome I had hoped for.
