Disappointed With One Staff Member I want to start by saying that the doctor is amazing and the rest of the team has always been great, professional, and respectful. My complaint is specifically about one staff member—an Iraqi woman with yellow/blonde hair whose name I unfortunately don’t know. Dr. Dhawan and her AMAZING team are the epitome of professionalism, experience, knowledge, and compassion. Our time with their office for both of my daughters through their entire orthodontic adventure has been a pleasure.
