Dr. J is always professional, always a pleasure.
The office was able to accommodate my request because of the urgency of the situation. Dr. Jancevski's is very thoughtful and took her time to review my case. She even made sure that I will be taken care of when she’s not in the office and on weekend.
At the very beginning, optometrist ( NOT Dr) who performed vision test for me was so rude. When I went to Dr, I had a small bag with, and left the bag on a chair while she perform vision test. Whey she wanted to take me to different room for examination , I wanted to take the bag with me. But suddenly, she turned very mad, yelling me “LEAVE THE BAG OVER THERE!”, she blocked the door and pointed finger to the chair. Then repeated again and again. This is the best Ophthalmic Office in all of Oakland County. Very caring, professional, informative and excellent service with eye exams, cataract surgery and follow up exams. The optometrist is very helpful and patient.
