Went for their fall festival. They had a coupon on their website for 30% off 1 item. Spent a good 45 min wandering around with no one offering to help or answer questions. Then when I finally picked out my cart of flowers and got to the register to show her my coupon she said it only works if it’s printed. The coupon did not state that and I said so, but, she just rung me up and told me to have a nice day. You cannot find anyone to help you. Left with no plants and no answers after asking 2 people for help.
Went in looking for a specific tree, asked three people for help and none of them could be bothered to show us where they were. Then we were standing outside (nobody else around) when one of the employees told us we have to wear a mask which is fine but NONE of the outside employees were wearing them. The last straw was the incredibly RUDE cashier that checked us out. First she scolded me for not having my oakland card then she yelled at me when I was giving her my phone # to look it up. RecommendedI was impressed with this greenhouse. I had been looking for lemongrass...You were the only place in Columbus who had it...I got through right away on the phone...It was reasonably priced...The sales person helped me pick out a pot for it...And I got in and quickly with what I needed... Will definitely return...
Memorial Day weekend - employees not wearing masks, nothing to wipe the cart handles with, no social distancing protocols in place, including at the outside checkout, where employees were not sanitizing their hands, either.
Cashiers were very rude during today’s visit
Every time I’ve ever had to call them, the people on the phone are rude, as if you are an inconvenience for calling, and rarely ever say bye. Just today, I called to ask if they had certain plant types in, they answered “there should be some out there.” I said I just wanted to check before driving there unnecessarily, to which they said “uh huh,” I said, thanks, and they hung up. Very typical interaction I have had with them. No excuse for rude manners...I’ll spend my money at Miller’s!
