The mechanic did the diagnostic and claimed my starter was bad. He charged me $720 to fix it and after he changed bf started there was no difference and the car was still not starting. He was on the phone with another mechanic and that mechanic was telling him what to do because he was unsure. After he already charged me so much for a starter he then says it’s an engine problem and it will cost me around $3000-3500 to fix.
