July 1st, 2025 My appointment with Dr. Balla was scheduled for 1:45pm. It is now 4:08pm—and I am still waiting to be seen. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. Been going here for over 3yrs Dr. Zekman and the rest of the staff have been very patient and kind. As a stage 4 patient I have received excellent care.

My appointment was at 10.30 but I arrived at 10.15 and waited for my call at 11.45 no body called then I went to reception and she said nobody called you yet they had forgotten us they were calling others who came behind us worse service and I had to start work at 112.30 how -0

I waiting outside for checkout the black lady with glasses and small hair red and black hair lady was so rude to us because we were sitting in the checkout area my mother in law she cannot speak English you have to move so rude lady

I’ve been taking my mom here for several years now and the quality of care has gone down tremendously. This office has turned into a joke! Rude staff and wait times of 2 hours for an appointment are ridiculous. Not to mention the reception desk acts like you’re bothering them when trying to schedule your next appointment. Time to find a new hematologist.
