One of the worst experiences of my life going to this place! Highly do not recommend! In my pre-appointment paperwork I had selected yes when asked if I had experienced sexual abuse before. Going to a new gynecologist always makes me very anxious because of abuse and I'm also just a very modest person and not comfortable with nudity with strangers. First visit today with Madison. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I’ve never felt so heard when going to a new office. I left feeling like I learned a lot and all of my questions were answered so well. Highly recommend this office and staff!
I switched to this OB/GYN practice during my first pregnancy at around 18 weeks due to a poor initial experience at another practice and am so glad I did. From the very first visit, the office staff, midwives and OBs were incredibly welcoming and supportive. I always felt heard, respected, and cared for, which made such a difference during my pregnancy. I saw Dr. Kerry Lee today. I was very apprehensive after a not-so-good experience at a previous doctor. I have a lot of anxiety over doctor appointments. She took the time to listen to me, educate me, and inform me of my options. She respected my concerns and created a treatment plan in consideration of my feedback. She was the most compassionate doctor I have ever seen. I wish I would have found her a long time ago.
This was the first OBGYN I had ever had so I didn’t really know what to expect and I put up with them for about a decade. I always had to wait over an hour for scheduled appointments, the longest I waited was 2 hours and 20 minutes and it would have been longer but they sent me home without an appointment because their schedule was off.
