They are terrible, they book appointments you don't ask for, they don't respond to clearance letters that other doctors request prior to a procedure, 2 sent and 2 blown off. I wouldn't take a dog there but they might care about a dog.

Had an appointment for my husband then they called me saying they over booked so asked if I could reschedule and we did. The appointment day came we should up 10 mins early. We got put in a room and waited over an hour an half. We didn’t see doctor or anything. Nobody even came to check in on us or told us what’s going on. We ended up walking out bc we waited so long it was insane. So unprofessional. Don’t recommend.

If I could give zero, it would be zero. I have been to this office three times with an obvious skin infection I contracted from my horse. Dr. Mahaynie wasn't going diagnose me no matter what - that was quite clear. You would think I was loaded with jinns or the wrong nationality. Terrible, terrible doctor.

I wish ZERO STARS was an option- WHOEVER that office manager is (the one who answers the calls)- she is clearly LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was calling from the State, provided my credentials and she was still CLUELESS!! SMH
