Some of the CNAs were great, but the doctor gave my dad the wrong medication so he had serotonin syndrome, had to go to the ER, and he was not able to talk to us anymore until his death a month later. Also very little light despite being in a nice complex

My mom was a resident of the rehabilitation section for ~7 weeks and I was there various times of the day, for at least 90% of her stay .... as a younger man, I worked in nursing homes and found this facility to be very clean and kept that way at all times and the staff, be it weekday, weekend or holiday to be very friendly & warm, very patient and very accommodating ...... no request went unanswered and I had pretty much immediate access to all levels of staffing, from the facility case manager to the director of nursing an... read more

Oakland Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation has been a blessing for our family. From the moment we toured the facility, we were met with professionalism and warmth. The nurses are responsive, and the therapists go above and beyond in helping residents recover and thrive. We’ve seen so much improvement in our father's condition since his stay here.
