I had such a great experience at this facility. My mom needed PT and OT due to a fall while gardening. This facility was patient yet motivating towards her recovery. Gratefully, after 3 weeks, she was able to discharge home and do transitional rehab. As I watch her, get better and better, I needed to take the time to show Oakland Heights some love. Thank you for taking great care of my mom.

Clean facility and attentive staff. What more can you ask for? A lot of facilities have an odor as soon as you walk in, but not at Oakland Heights Nursing & Rehab. That should say a lot already. I was experiencing some issues at first, but they addressed it and fixed it, and I can respect that. Thank you Oakland Heights for taking care of me!

My family member fell and broke their hip and needed skilled nursing before going home. Oakland Heights came highly recommended by the hospitals. It's a very charming gated community tucked away up the hill from Highland Hospital. It gives a great sense of community and security upon entering the gate. We toured with Tamara the admissions assistant and the rooms are spacious and has a lot of natural light which is culturally important for my loved one.
