Dr. Nguyen and staff were very accommodating and competent. I was visiting from Canada and developed an eye infection. I needed immediate care as I was experiencing extreme pain and light sensitivity. I called in and they took me in without an appointment and were speedy in providing expert care. My vacation was short already so losing a day being sick was a damper. The meds worked pretty fast and i was able to get back to vacation activities after just 12 hours.
The doctor and staff were very nice and attentive. They helped me pick my first pair of glasses and walked me through the different options. They took the time to explain and answer my questions about my prescription and eye health. I highly recommend them.
Shop around before you go here. Prices are way high and absolutely no refunds. Even worse, my lenses are mediocre but I'm stuck with them. Was my first time getting glasses, learned the hard way.
I had an amazing experience lovely staff dr Hieu Nguyen is wonderful she listen to all my concerns and advice me accordingly will definitely be my go to for my eyes lovely experience 100 out of 100 service
