RecommendedIt is a clean well maintained community. I love the location. It is so convenient to many activities. I lived in a community the same size and it had over a hundred empty lots and many abandoned homes. Thank you for being here.
Its great when they raise the trash pickup amount from $6.43 A MONTH WITHOUT TELLING US , ACCORDING TO STATE LAW WE ARE SUPPOSE TO A 30 DAY NOTICE .
The owner of this park is one of the most disrespectful, disgusting attitude having people I’ve never meet a friend of mines was gonna be on day late on rent which was due on the 30th and they push to get them evicted an he added 300 dollars for pushing to get the eviction ..... they called him to let him know the money would be there Friday he cussed them out n when I say cussed her out I mean flat out cussed them out said it wasn’t his problem and hung up in they face
The location is amazing. The staff, at first, was amazing. But as a single mom I would have been better off in an apartment. I'm not sure what I'm paying for as a rent to own, but prompt maintenance must not be on that list. However, the way I look at it, if I warm them of a problem that ends up flooding the whole trailer, I can move. They get to deal with the flooded trailer. Love the location, love my neighbors. However if you need maintenance to be competed you better have patience...and when it's completed expect a half assed job. From the plumbing, HVAC, to using non weather treated wood, your better off completing it yourself. The office will question you and make it seem as if you don't know what your talking about and then claim they haven't come out because there's no budget right now or have some other excuse. If they stop changing all the rules and keep the same management there it would be a ok park. Also they need to treat everyone the same . I rent to own here and I feel they treat the people who rent vs own alot different. They have mantiantce they just dont use they for those who rent to own.
