I have been here before, and I saw Dr. Schwartz. He was phenomenal. He’s no longer in the practice. I was just there and had Dr. Sobel. He has absolutely no bedside manner. He’s very curt, uninterested and very cold. As crazy as it sounds, I actually felt like I was an imposition or an inconvenience to him as he was cleaning out my ears. I'm so glad I found Dr. McBrien and this practice! Everyone on the staff was very nice. Dr. McBrien was very gentle and had a great bedside manner. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was a little nervous and she put me right at ease.
Great staff and I really appreciate the service from the audiologist, who is very knowledge.
Great audio specialists and staff!
Terrible place. Extremely rude, unhelpful and dismissive. This guy is truly a disgrace to all who practice medicine.
