Questionable business practices. This is primarily a cash pay practice. They charged a $75 copay, while my dental insurance has no copay for most visit types. I have only a $50 deductible, so they did not take the time to review my insurance coverage. And now six weeks later, there’s no evidence that they billed my insurance. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I needed implants for my lateral incisors, and multiple other dentists told me it was too complicated or not possible. Thankfully, Dr. Malboubi took on the challenge and did an absolutely perfect job. The process was complex, but he explained everything clearly and made me feel confident along the way.
