Breakfast was delicious everyday and the daily snack! The room was beautiful. Location was just minutes from everything we wanted to do.
Simply delightful. The couple running it were very friendly. Breakfast was solid. Room was large and comfortable. Surprise cookies when we came in for the night were superb. All in all a great experience. Wish we'd stayed another night.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious (served seated, not a buffet), and Erica was a phenomenal host! She was so communicative, friendly, and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
We had a family reunion in Asheville, and the Oakland Cottage offered a great selection of rooms that suited our group, from a solo traveler to couples to a family with two young children. Breakfast was excellent and tailored to our dietary restrictions and preferences. The walk to the River Arts district was maybe 15 minutes with a three-year-old. 5 minute drive to Biltmore.
We had a wonderful stay at Oakland Cottage! Erica was so kind & accommodating from the moment we walked in the door. We left before standard breakfast hours to go on a hike our first morning & she had our breakfast set aside & waiting for us so we could eat before we left. We were so glad we were able to relax our final morning & enjoy a sit-down breakfast before departing - the peach clafoutis was absolutely delicious! As were the cookies!
