This was our second stay here and we'll be back. I can't say enough good things. This is the place you want to book whenever you're visiting Asheville, whether you just need somewhere to hang your hat for one night (the breakfast alone makes this one worth a gander) or you'll be there a while. Great comfortable rooms! Special delicious breakfasts daily Erica was a great hostess and helpful and the extra special cookie nightly was a plus!

Found this gem online, and so glad I did. It was a new experience to stay at a B&B versus a chain hotel, and for the same price as a luxury hotel I would make the same choice again. The house is a charming craftsman style with lots of character. The room my family and I stayed in was quite large for four adults and one child. Even though the house is old, the bathroom was updated, only thing I wish it had was a vent, but everyone made due without. We stayed here a couple of weeks ago, and it was an absolute DELIGHT. The home was beautiful, the breakfasts were inventive and delicious AND locally sourced, and the hosts were an endless font of good vibes and better sightseeing recommendations. The cottage is extremely convenient to both downtown and the River Arts Districts. If you're fretting over if the experience is worth a few dozen dollars more per night - IT IS!
