I was in Asheville with a friend last weekend, and we had such a wonderful stay here! Everyone who worked at the bed and breakfast was incredibly kind and welcoming. And the breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing! It’s clear Jim and Erica have experience in the hospitality industry. The location was also extremely convenient for exploring Asheville, which made getting around so easy. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’d happily come back!

We loved our time at Oakland Cottage B&B! The house has a lovely interior and is just a 5 minute drive from Biltmore Estate's main gate (note that it's another 15 minute drive from the gate to the mansion though!). We were provided with afternoon cookies and delicious breakfasts that also thoughtfully accounted for my mom's diet restrictions. Would definitely stay there again!

Such a cute place! Was very nice and accommodating from the initial phone call to check out. Rooms are very clean. The homemade cookies at check in were a delicious treat and a very nice breakfast the next morning. They go over and beyond. Our trip was a great little getaway.

We were making our way south and stopped at this B and B. It's a beautiful house, very close to downtown asheville. Our host was welcoming, and had made our accommodations more than comfortable . We had our dog with us, and we're able to stay in a dog friendly room. Breakfast was so delicious! I will recommend this place to everyone traveling to Asheville.

We LOVED our stay. Jim and Erica were delightful, the food was simply divine, and the room was quaint, charming, and comfortable. We highly recommend!
