Very interesting, Mr. Hooper calls me and tells me he’s going to call me back in 30 minutes and never does and then I try calling him back over three hours later, no one in customer service is answering the phone yet it’s 2:30 pm and it’s during regular business hours. WAIST OF TAX PAYERS DOLLARS
Wonderful corporate headquarters which can assist people with special needs.I attended a recipient rights seminar there and it was extremely informative and the staff that gave the presentation were very knowledgeable.
