Very interesting, Mr. Hooper calls me and tells me he’s going to call me back in 30 minutes and never does and then I try calling him back over three hours later, no one in customer service is answering the phone yet it’s 2:30 pm and it’s during regular business hours. WAIST OF TAX PAYERS DOLLARS
Wonderful corporate headquarters which can assist people with special needs.I attended a recipient rights seminar there and it was extremely informative and the staff that gave the presentation were very knowledgeable.
The in person training was great as well as the lunch provided.
Good of all however they are having issues which is why they are getting a lower rating. They really need to fix the transportation issue that they're doing two people with disabilities.
