Jose Ortiz, the owner, met us as the tow truck pulled up to the Center and was kind and enormously helpful as he explained what would happen to my car which had been crashed into by in a hit and run accident. He followed through with my insurance company and kept me informed throughout the process. Things moved along quickly thanks to his expertise. I strongly recommend the Oakland Collision Center.
I highly recommend this body shop for any anyone looking for a body shop with great communication and great work. They were very honest, fair, and friendly and the work they did has my car looking like new for a good price. 10/10
