Not organized or willing to tell members what seems to be happening with the Association. This Association keeps selling members data to other Associations for profit and we as members keep paying this Association and never get anything back. This should be Illegal! When we become members with this Association, we sign documentation stating they cannot sell or provide our information out BUT THERE DOING IT EVERYDAY! Ever wonder why we're receiving more and more unknown and soliciting calls? This is why.
Tried of all the BS being told by the CEO. I was told by her, she was the only Association who signed an agreement with other out of area Associations to use same key so we don't need to co-op. THAT WAS NOT TRUE! She keeps saying its coming and now its been 3 years. Bay East always told me the truth about everything and never played with the members mind. MOVING BACK TO BAY EAST NEXT YEAR!
This is the association that show arrogance, uncooperative authority and interesting speechless, defenseless wow.... experience to people. The best part is, consistently wow and not intermittently.
Board provides education. Nice facilities and building.
