Had my car looking brand new after a front end collision!
Picked up my truck and put it back down. Left my 2 yr old and I stranded on the side of the road. He shoved my sister and when the cops came they said literally no one will work with him except AAA and that's only because they are desperate. The owner/sole employee of this company is scum. Avoid at all costs!
First off, my car looks better than it did when I first bought it! Needed auto body work done from accident & new headlights. He was quick to get me in (within next few days of calling) and only took about 2 and a half weeks to finish. Was great with communication and the work he did! There was extensive damage done inside the vehicle, and he made sure to fix it. I definitely recommend this shop.
Prompt roadside assistance
Was referred from WH Auto to have Oakland Automotive tow my vehicle to their garage for repairs. Owner didn't want me around while he put my car onto the tow truck, although I made it a point to watch. Sure enough my exhaust pipe was scraping off the road while he towed it away. Oakland denied doing any damage and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Don't utilize these "slick" services!
