I had a great experience at Oakland Auto Body in Hamilton. I went in to have the roof of my car repainted, and Dominic was extremely professional from start to finish. He answered all my questions patiently and provided a very reasonable quote with no pressure. The work was completed within just 3 days, and what really stood out was that Dominic showed me the entire process with photos, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work being done. I recently had to have my bumper replaced after my parked car was damaged by a hit and run driver. Ed and Dom were absolutely lovely to work with! They made an annoying and inconvenient process so smooth and efficient, and they really are just warm and genuine with every interaction (which feels rare in the car world). The work was too notch and my car looks brand new! Not to mention the incredible detailing inside the car (I’ve never been able to get the dog hair out of my backseat before!!!). I can’t recommend them enough!
