Very unprofessional interaction! We had booked Oakland AV for a simple meeting needing a basic polycom with extenders for a conference call. Arriving at the meeting, it was very quickly realized that the polycom was not working leaving us in a very embarrassing, unprofessional situation in a room full of clients. We called a gentleman by the name of Cris from Oakland AV and he was able to get us set up with a work around solution: to call a mobile phone from the polycom and then dial into the call from the mobile phone mergi... read more
