Caring, genuine, and kind. We walked in with Chompy around 3:30'ish on a Tuesday without an appointment. His breathing wasn't right after he got a mouthful of water while swimming in Bass Lake! They were busy and managed to get us paperwork, call Chompy's doc office in Santa Barbara, and got him in quickly for assessment. What I assumed was the office manager was very much in control of the environment. She was kind, straight-forward and efficient: my kinda gal!
