The community is nice, but the quality of the work and the post sale SERVICE are awful. There is a RULE that states builders are only allowed to work from 7am-7pm. I bought fully aware of that rule and "signed up" for that (as inconvenient as it might be). What I didn't know is that rules don't mean a thing. My street has homes being built across the street. We closed on our new home 1/22/17 and thought it would be helpful to potential home buyers to know that our experience with Pulte was great, From the day we looked and chose a lot with the sales office staff to Design Center experience to our great Field Manager who over saw the construction of our home exceeded expectations. This builder is horrible when it comes to basic finishes and meeting their commitments at closing. Beware all buyers!!!! They take no accountability and will push all responsibilities on the homeowner. After 45 days, they still have not done the work they "promised" to complete after closing. They are a joke!!!! Poor management!!!
