Nobody here knows what is going on. You have automated responses at every corner of this 'service' and then act bemused when nobody knows what's happening. Totally ridiculous.
As other patients say: impossible to get an appointment. I was told to submit a request online, which I did. Then told the doctor would call. They didn't. Requested a prescription. Told I need to request a medical appointment but won't book one when requested online. Tried again a few months later. Doctor texted saying they called by I didn't answer twice. Following tooth surgery on 17/7 I developed continuing pain in the lower jaw and mouth. After 2weeks I returned to the dentist. No dental cause could be found. I went to an orthodontist. An adjustment was made to a denture which proved ineffective. I was advised to speak with a doctor. I made application but was refused a consultation. Worst practice I've ever attended. Impossible to build a relationship with a doctor. Reception staff make the decisions and are uncaring, rude and dangerous. Don't do it.
I have tried several times in the last 5 months to see a Doctor and just get told to ring 111 or go to A & E. It's very frustrating and their is absolutely no chance of building a relationship with anyone here. I just do not bother even ringing them now which is what they want I think. No chance of ever getting on a list to see a consultant I have had to pay and go private as in pain. Luckily the private consultant is excellent.
