I spoke to someone over the phone seeking advice because I couldn’t get in contact with any other gp surgeries and the lady I spoke to over the phone was so unbelievably rude I was completely shocked that someone in the healthcare industry could speak to someone simply looking for advice like that, her tone of voice and the way she spoke to me was absolutely disgusting and she was no help at all. I’d never recommend this place and the person over the phone was disrespectful and disgusting

Oakfield surgery were not only very competent in adding our family registrations but also in handling our 4 year olds health concerns. We got a call back from the gp immediately with clear next steps. Many thanks all .

This surgery is great. Firstly, they have a new phone system whereby they call you back so you don’t have to wait in a queue! I called this morning at 8am. By 09.10am I was collecting a prescription having spoke to a receptionist and the doctor. Often you can get through quickly via phone and the receptionists know who you are when you call due to their modern systems. The Doctors are all lovely, they take their time with you and have always been able to help me and my young son when we have needed. I feel well supported by ... read more

Quite bad, you cant register if you are already registered with other gp. My mrs doesn't drive this surgery is next door literally .3 miles it will easier to commute and good reviews from other on google. It doesn't quite add up . Not sure is this a rule from council , why i cant register or move , i cant really digest. My mrs need to travel or take taxi every time to go to other surgery 3 miles away .
