Oakey’s did such an exceptional job on a difficult day for our family. You can feel their genuine compassion from the very first interaction. This was our first time bringing a pet here, and we will definitely be back. If you have ever met the Oakey family, you know that their lifelong dedication to helping others shines through every single member of their pet services team.

It has taken me several days to be able to write a REVIEW for OAKEY'S & I would give them a 10 Star Rating if it were available. Matthew Kolnok @the Roanoke Location made our HEARTBREAK easier to deal with. He is SO GIFTED in this line of work & I wanted to THANK HIM + OAKEY'S for taking such WONDERFUL CARE of our Fur Baby.
