I've been here before for a wound, which was during the day and the hospital staff were professional and kind but tonight was absolutely disgusting. It's a 24/7 emergency hospital, I'm autistic and don't drive so I rely on others help to get me places. My fiance had bought me in after work as I had a bad stray animal bite, but on arrival the doors locked and we go to turn away until we notice a call reception button which he presses. My wife's Aunty is staying here and the staff are absolutely amazing. I took some flowers in for Aunty Lenease. However, I also took in another 20 single stem flowers. To pass around to other patients.
A 3 hour wait just to be sent home without antibiotics or a proper clean and basically laughed at when I asked if a tetanus booster was needed after my son sliced his hand open on rusty barbed wire!
