I would NOT recommend this company. Mush to busy to give a damn about their customers. Waited 2 hours for the to show up, didn’t get to the door fast enough as I’m senior, and left within 2 minutes no call saying they were coming, no call saying they were here at my door, didn’t bother looking at my trees in question that I wanted a quote on, just hit and run! I called right away to ask them to come back but they can’t be bothered. Did not come back and didn’t even attempt to reschedule. Vey poor communication on their part!
Marshall came out to estimate a tree limb removal. He was friendly, personable and professional. He ending up removing the tree limb on site at time of estimate at a remarkable price. We will have him come back and remove other as needed. Amazing Company!
Everyone I spoke to were very helpful and polite. They left my yard without a trace of their work. Thanks to Oakes for a job well done.
We have had Oakes remove 5 trees so far. The crew is very professional. There clean up is top notched. 2 of the trees where over 60 foot tall and close to my house. They removed them and never touched the house. We will be hiring them again to remove 1 more.
Outstanding company. I was stuck in my driveway and one of their employees (maybe it was the owner, I feel bad not asking) came by and asked if I needed help and helped pull me out. It’s not a service they offer but something that was done just out of kindness and love for other people. That’s a rare and valuable trait and we need more of that. It speaks VOLUMES for the company and their values. So here’s to you Oakes Tree Service, never stop being who you are and living by those values. I’ll do the best I can to pass it on.
