Had homeowners insurance with them and on yr 2 they tried raising my premium by 20%. I contacted the office and was told they'd check prices and get back to me which they didn't do. Funny thing is I went thru progressive insurance which they carry but refused to do the job. Lazy and unresponsive business. Don't waste your money here. Got the same insurance thru another agency in Owosso.
