I've been a customer for over 20 years. Their plants are healthy and are good sized clumps. I had one plant in all that time that looked "iffy" and they replaced it without any issues.
We live out of state and order from them. Everything is top notch here, incredible plants, care and packaging. Well done Mr Oakes!
