Our outdoor blower stopped working in the middle of the summer and after checking everything I knew I gave Bobby a call late in the evening. He took my call after-hours and even face-timed to walk me through several additional checks. Within 10 minutes he had identified the issue and gave me the steps to fix it without a need for a service call.
