Only wish I could give a minus score had blood tests 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for the results I've rang the practice 4 times to be told they still haven't been looked at tried to speak to someone incharge nobody available and receptionist said that I would have to wait they just can't be bothered totally useless
Reception staff still refuse to register patients after 8:30 a.m.
Great callback service from this surgery. Excellent service from a lovely receptionist who empathised with my problem. I was going to name her but everyone might start asking for her.
