Rang them to book an appointment after receiving a letter to pick a date from different appointments date they have, the person who picked the call told me there's no appointment until I mentioned I have a letter that says otherwise. She then confirmed they have different appointments for me to choose from. It was shocking to see that they probably keep appointments for some certain people.
Rang up, had an appointment within 3 days, nurse Mrs Linda Driver was lovely, very understanding and knowledgeable, glad I’m registered there
Spoke to Sue on the phone regarding my grandma's medication, she ran out and she was helpful in putting her medication request through, This is the 3rd time they have help me, the other receptionists have always been as equally as helpful
Can never get an appointment. Very poor communication, just stop your medication without telling you that you need to come in. Service has been declining for months. You have to arrange to be ill weeks in advance. Crazy system, they really don't care.
Excellent service with very professional Staff. I would recommend this Doctors surgery.
