We were introduced to Ryan through our real estate agent who highly recommended him for obtaining a mortgage on a property in New Westminster BC. The sale had a very short closing date and was complicated by the fact that our house in Mississauga ON did not yet have a firm offer. Through his strong relationship with the lender he was successful in obtaining the necessary financing to meet the condition of the sale. We are now the happy owners of our new home in BC.
Kevin has been an incredible help with both our original mortgage and securing a replacement mortgage when rates dropped. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to take advantage of lower rates and even had our TD penalty for breaking the mortgage waived.
