I don't know what's going on at oakdens. I've been delighted with them in the past. They now have a virtual AI receptionist and you can't speak to anyone. The AI receptionist made an appointment for me but rang off before taking my address. I rang again to give my address. So far so good. Just in case, I emailed to confirm the appointment. Agreed a price then tried to get twice as much out of me!!!!
Drives aggressively and dangerous in their work vans.
We needed a Company that looked after everything from dealing with the architect to completion of the property and project basically from start to finish.As we live 2 hours away we relied on Giles and his team to carry out the work without any problems or issues with great communication at all times and any hurdle was no problem.The work was first class and superb with regular updates,photographs and messages everything you need when you can only visit monthly.Any changes or ideas were discussed and implemented and the work ... read more
Giles and his team were excellent when it came to changing our heating system. They clearly laid out the different options and explained the key benefits and downsides of each one, enabling us to make an informed decision. They work to very high standards and I would definitely use them again in the future.
