The setup process was quick, and the location was responsive when I initially called to register and make my payment. However, once I arrived, my access code did not work, and I was stuck in the parking lot for multiple hours because there was no way to exit. I called several numbers for assistance but was unable to reach anyone. I’ve only been a tenant with extra space storage for a little under a month but can say so far I don’t have any complaints…..wait I take that back. Trying to find my unit made me feel like I was in the movie the labyrinth when the lady was trying to Find her baby lol j/k all jokes aside it’s clean inside and out, no funny smells, no people hanging out as I’ve seen in other storage unit places, and they offer 24/hr access which is something I’ve been having trouble finding.
