Was just told that the technician is "too tired" to do an X-ray on my 13 year old son because she was handling a wave of exams of patients from the immigration office, and suggested that I come back another day. I will be escalating this to the highest level. UNACCEPTABLE!

The girl at the reception is extremely disrespectful. She was literally yelling to me and I said “hey i can hear you why are you yelling” she wasnt listening to people. I recommend that the girl at the front desk receive serious evaluation. In this country, no one can disrespect or discriminate against anyone. If you don't want to do your job, it's not the people who come there that are to blame. I still can't believe we encountered such rudeness.
