I am always on time, polite and try to be a “good patient” towards staff, but this is not reciprocated at this clinic. The front desk staff tend to be rude and snarky (maybe racist). The providers have only “measured me once” in the whole of my 3rd trimester and I’m currently 34weeks, and that’s because I mentioned it. The providers are lazy and don’t write anything in the care summaries and seem annoyed or resistant to answering questions. Great helpful reminders with appointments. Parking can get a bit busy. Bathrooms available onsite and comfy seating while waiting. Staff listens carefully to your concerns.
The Lady at front desk was very nice and welcoming and again Dr Bina is one of the most amazing drs I've ever met ❤️ would recommend to anyone to go to this practice very satisfied
Dr Sarkinen is just the best. She makes an uncomfortable situation feel like it’s not even happening. Her bedside manner and ability to talk to you like a person and not a patient is unparalleled.
