I advise everyone who wants good healthcare to stay away from this place. I have left the manager a voicemail, wanting to discuss my horrible experience and I never received a response back. I will not be returning to this clinic.
Dr. Palmer is, simply put, the absolute best in his field. I went to him, on referral, for endometriosis. He definitely lives up to the hype. The entire office is fantastic, and I feel like I am getting the best possible care here. As a woman, it''s important to find an OBGYN you can trust. I'm glad I've found it here. Amy is amazing, and I feel like she truly cares about me. The same goes for Dr. Palmer. I feel so comfortable when I'm getting care, and I know I can trust his expertise implicitly. BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO to these facilities if this is your first pregnancy, or if you need informative and supportive OB information and staff. Not only did they give us very incorrect information on genetic results (the specialist we saw was appalled by the original information they gave us and kept apologizing that they miscommunicated to the extent Oakdale did), in turn causing extreme stress during our first pregnancy..but the nurses and staff seemed agitated when we attempted to ask questions to stay informed.
