Dr. Troy Hemme is remarkable. He is thorough, competent and compassionate. The entire team is awesome.
It’s not just get in and get out! I have hearing aids, (never used before) Molly explained everything about them. She was very patient. I needed extra things for my hearing aids…they mailed what I needed. My charger stopped working, went in and got a loaner charger until mine was fixed. All the staff was amazing!l If you needed anything from The ENT, I would highly recommend this clinic!!!

I had a hearing-aid appointment at MinnesotaENT. Alison Liudahl is the Audiologist assigned to handle the issues with my hearing-aids. There was no waiting, we started at the assigned time. Alison has a welcoming open manner that encouraged an in/depth discussion of my hearing-aid problems. A thorough exam lead to trying multiple solutions. We settled on a solution that significantly improved the hearing-aid performance.
