The staff and doctor are extremely customer oriented, friendly and skilled! They are honest and will provide temporary replacement hearing aids at no cost while your personal hearing aide(s) are being repaired.
With a weakened immune system my daughter’s ear infection had worsened to where she needed to be hospitalized at NMMG. There she met an ENT ( Dr.Hemme) who helped her through a horrific infection.
Dr. Hemme did a fantastical job. I am an old lady who needed a tube in my eardrum. I was nervous but he led me thru every step of the way and it didn’t hurt whatsoever! And my ear feels much better and no more hearing my own heartbeat anymore!!
