I waited 45 min to get my allergy shot the nurses were on their phones they didn’t see me waving 👋 and they didn’t check the sign in sheet. After I got my shot, I went to pickup my sick child from school. The next time I came for a shot, they told me I have been discharged because I didn’t come back to show them my arm after 30 min. Doctor spent an ample amount of time for review, discussion, and listening to my concerns.
Dr Hemme did an amazing job from prep to post care of my Eustachian tube expansion. I chose the local numbing option which worked perfectly- only slight pressure feeling while ballooning the tube. The worry I had was never encountered- Dr H took great care to numb the area and, even though both nostrils were needed in my case, he talked me though each step as he proceeded.
