At appt dr seemed knowledgeable and detailed. Having issues with my abx and called first thing this morning. Said they would get a note over to his team. Fast forward to end of day and no communication back with direction on what to do over weekend. My wife also called Monday to ask about changing something up and it’s Friday and she never received any call backs. If you need support or have questions after you leave hood luck getting that info.
Helped me out of tough Spot
My internist sends me to an ENT a few months ago. Different ENT clinic than this, where I am told “Live with it.” Last week I go back to my doc and am told “Get a second opinion.” So I quickly get one with Dr Troy Hemme at Mn ENT. Totally different experience. Totally different diagnosis. A treatment plan! Dr Hemme is wonderful and the whole experience with him and his clinic was great!
Dr. Johnson and the staff at MN ENT were professionals.
