Yikes, my husband brought in a pair of Valentino loafers for me to be cleaned and they came out looking worse, also a luxury belt repair looked hideous. This was the 4th time we showed up to pick the items up- the first three times they were “not ready” yet no communication was given. I hope I can get the shoes properly repaired elsewhere at this point. Something that should have been simple is now quite complicated.
