Air conditioning in apartment S237 at Oakbrook apartments (5075 Nicholson Dr. Baton Rouge) has been broken since June 22nd. Oakbrook has not fixed and has not communicated with a repair plan and date through many attempts. They have closed open maintenance work orders with out successfully making the repairs and without even checking to see if corrected. These work order numbers are available upon request. If there was a zero star option, I would give it that. This place is ran so poorly and it’s management, and every single staff member needs to be removed . Just for the fact of pure negligence with their tenants. They knew the possibilities of the apartments flooding, but refused to do anything about the plumbing issue because they could not pay their bills with the companies that they were in contract with.
