Really yummy acai and lovely staff! I picked up the wrong order during rushed hour and they had to make another one for the customer 😭 i felt bad but they told me it was totally fine. Hehe thank you so much! 💪🥰💖💝
You guys has changed the staff too much, and the service level and the quality of the açaí are dropping down. What's the problem with keeping a consistent team that's doing a good job and replacing them with young staffs who doesn’t understand anything about açaí, customer service, and service levels? The customer orders an açaí bowl called "The Oak," and the cup arrives with the contents two fingers below the rim.

The acai was really good and they gave me a huge portion of biscoff spread ( I LOVE BISCOFF SO MUCH OH MY GOSH ) . The acai was pretty good but it was quite expensive for a small acai. Also the lady looked really pissed at me because I ordered 10 minutes before closing time…
On my arrival there were a couple in front of me being served. My order was taken sufficiently and promptly. I ordered a blueberry crush and had waited for over 20 minutes. There was only one young female staff member taking and fulfilling orders. I soon became aware by the numerous amount of customers before me, sitting waiting for there orders.
