The doctor's office was courteous but very unhelpful. They cannot take an appointment during normal business hours. Not only that, they delayed my prescription and canceled. They acted like they lost my patient records just to get me in and out!! Office manager Kara or Tara claims there is no policy they follow with existing patient?
The sleep center will overcharge you and not refund you. I’ve been trying to get the refund for my overcharge for 7 months now. I’ve called at least 12 times and no resolution.
Dr Tracy Stammann is a wonderful doctor. She takes her time to fully explain what will she will do during the appointment and will repeat it if needed. She’s very gentle and attentive. She doesn’t pressure her patients to accept a procedure or test, which I appreciate. I can honestly say that she is the best doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a primary care physician.
