Stay away from OakBend Medical Group at all costs. I followed my doctor from Memorial Hermann in 2014 to Baylor to OakBend. Throughout that time, I had 5 knee surgeries with him. Several at OakBend. OakBend grossly overcharge for imaging services that don't even cover radiology reports, so get ready to have a separate bill for that. And they continued to carry a balance on my account for charges from my 2019 surgery when I provided them a letter with receipts documenting that I had hit my out-of-pocket max for the year.
Made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of June 6th and the day before my appointment I get a call to confirm and to hear the lady say that since I have a past due bill from the ER at Oak Bend where I had to have emergency surgery I could NOT BE SEEN UNTIL I paid it or made payment arrangements. You could have called days before this to inform me!! I will not schedule here again!
I had surgery 5-14-2025 with all my respect to all my good looking doctors and beautiful nurse and receptionist they all are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional at all times. My rating for this hospital and staff from 1 to 10 is a 10 being the highest.
The doctor and the staff was nice and friendly. This is a new PCM for my autistic adult son, and they helped to make the appointment go smoothly.
Had a fantastic first day experience. Very nice ladies at the front desk. They made sure filling out the paperwork was a breeze. Friendly atmosphere. Doc Mohsin Qadri, M.D. was amazing, understanding food affects everything and help me understand how to loose weight the healthy way. I don’t eat fast foods, everything I make is from scratch and I keep a good record what goes on or in me due to my severe Soy Oil Allergies.
