The sleep center will overcharge you and not refund you. I’ve been trying to get the refund for my overcharge for 7 months now. I’ve called at least 12 times and no resolution.
Dr Tracy Stammann is a wonderful doctor. She takes her time to fully explain what will she will do during the appointment and will repeat it if needed. She’s very gentle and attentive. She doesn’t pressure her patients to accept a procedure or test, which I appreciate. I can honestly say that she is the best doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a primary care physician.
She listens to me and is concerned about my health
Both Dr. Tong and Dr. Sanchez Hernandez were wonderful. They were both very compassionate with my husband and his care (I was there). From a doctor care, perspective I would be giving them 5 stars. The rating is based on overall service from the center which was less than stellar. They sent us to the wrong location and they are still using paper forms which caused a significant delay. If they can improve their administrative services, they would get 5 stars.
Very friendly and very professional and the doctor is very thorough. Dr Stammann thank you
