had a great experience; everyone was friendly, caring & informative. Every step of the way from pre-op to post-op, the staff, doctors & nurses explained with detail and were patient to answer all questions. They were attentive and helped me to relax and feel like I was being handled with care. I do not have any complaints!!
The admitting staff were very friendly. When I was taken to the preop area the nurses made me feel very comfortable. They had a special warming blanket that was wonderful The anesthesia doctor and surgery nurse were very thorough and made sure I understood what going to happen because I was scared. The recovery room nurses kept me pain free and were very caring. They very carefully explained to my husband how to take care of me once I went home. I would definitely use this place again. Highly recommend!!
