We hired James to install our dishwasher as we have just bought our first house. And our house didn't have a dishwasher. He was friendly, super knowledgeable, and very quick to install the dishwasher. Would recommend to anyone looking for a local plumber! Thanks again james for all of your help!.

Called a customer a c^nt on their invoice after "fixing" a leak that wasn't even fixed. Had to get someone else to do it and they still expected $300 in payment. Also, calling the customer inadequate to do the plumbers job.. DUH, if they knew how to do it themselves, you wouldn't be called! Terrible service inside and out.
Had septic issues and got charged for hourly rate when no one was on site doing any maintenance. At 200$ an hour. 800$ bill for someone to set up a steamer then leave. Come back and remove it. A total of 1 hour of a plumber on site. Then got called a c*nt when I questioned the amount of the bill. Seems to be a common issue when reading reviews.
