My parents really like this place. They brag about how they're close to a-lot of restaurants and shopping. At the same time they're remote enough that they don't have a-lot of traffic. They're two bedroom place has enough room for grandkids once every blue moon. They chose this location because it's senior living near their doctors but they didn't want to have to have assisted living. I will also mention it new-ish and very clean.
The quality of the food served has gotten worse and the portions are smaller. They run out before everyone is served but some people get double portions leaving others to do without. Very disappointed because I usually supply homemade food to make up for it.
I only hear amazing things about Oakwood and after having seen their Facebook page, I know that they truly go above and beyond to make sure every person that they're accountable for is comfortable, happy and taken care of. They have a lot of fun activities and help so many people. Big hearts, great staff!
