Our 5 mos old kitten Cheddar was very ill and after a referral we went here. The staff were fantastic, knowledgeable and caring. From the minute we walked in we were treated with respect and compassion. Now all 3 of our animals are patients.

This is my second visit to this clinic. The first time I was there to register my puppy the day we received him. He was not with me, however the receptionist was great and made me feel welcome. Also she made my making his first visit very reassuring. My second visit was today with Benji. I met the technician and the Doctor. He was given his next shots and some other medication and an appointment was made for 4 weeks time for the rest of his shots. I have only had experience with Judith, their physiotherapist. I have followed Judith from her previous place of work and have been a client with her for nearly a decade. Judith is the best human, is amazing with dogs and is absolutely incredible at her job. We love going to see Judith for laser and physio. She is always great to talk to and has supported me through end of life care decisions for my late dog as well as helped guide me on ensuring my Springer is comfortable with his arthritis as he ages.
