I just had the worst experience at Serenity Nails, I got a 15 mins pedicure! There was no message, scrub or a foot treatment. My feet were in the water for 15 mins. They did a horrible just at shaping and painting my toe nails. When I went to pay it was 30 dollars! I asked if that was for the basic he said yes, I told him I was disappointed in the service and why I was, he interrupted me and said you can go some where else then, and walked away! No one go there it's horrible service with rude people who over charge!
I absolutely � love Torrid, I shop here at least 3 times a week, but I must say this new Torrid is unlike the others, you never get greeted when you walk in.. I mean I have visited the place twice already and on both occasions I might as well had been a � ghost , not a person greeted me ( or others ). What ever happened to Customer Service!! Clearly all the employees are lacking in this department! �
This mall is always sparkling clean, and the thanks goes to all of those who keep it that way. We walk there everyday so we are there for about 5 hours a week.
It's a good mall but not alot of stores They have great workers and great security
