First time in quite awhile at this car wash as my wife wanted me to take her car here. I told her pricing has gone up alot since. This is a “full service” wash so she wanted it done here. They seem to do a good over all job and I even added to have inside dressing done which costs extra. Paying over $45 including tip is way out of my league as I prefer to go to the lesser drive thru car washes with my car. Place seems to be always busy so guess $$ does not matter to many. The advertised price for the Silver Wash is $21.99, however, it is $29.99. Not only that, the WAIT TIME IS SO LONG. I waited in line for 20 minutes before I received a slip...and then waited longer to enter the actual car wash. All that time didn't include the AFTER wash, where they dry and vacuum the car. VERY DISAPPOINTING & NOT what reviews stated at all.
I was very disappointed with the service on Saturday May 2nd. The man who cleaned the interior of my car left a bunch of dust, sticky stuff on the back seat, and places that didn’t appear to have been cleaned at all. I asked him about one of my tires and he rudely said it costs more to do the tire, then walked away. He was sloppy and unpleasant. I paid for the premium (highest cost) package and absolutely did not receive the premium service. I will be looking for another car wash.
